Longridge Canoe Club is always looking for new members 

This Yoga class is  for Longridge Kayakers   hence Yog-Ka. Most  Saturday mornings we  stretch and warm up before we paddle .  It  to help  limber the limbs and joints, improve balance and strength.  If you would like to try out for club or learn to kayak  then please contact
